Shipping Policy

All product prices and shipping charges shown on this website are in United States dollars (USD).

Order processing

In-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Canadian statutory holidays. Customers will be contacted if an unexpected delay affects an order.

Shipping destinations and charges

Canada: $20 USD flat-rate shipping.
United States: $30 USD flat-rate shipping.
Other countries: Orders are accepted only when Shopify displays an available delivery service and price for the destination during checkout. If no delivery option appears, SVK AERO cannot accept the order online.

Delivery estimates

Transit time begins after the order has been dispatched and depends on the carrier, destination, customs processing and service selected at checkout. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customs, duties and taxes

Customers outside Canada are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and other destination-country fees. These charges are not included in the product price or SVK AERO shipping charge unless Shopify expressly states otherwise at checkout.

Address accuracy and tracking

The customer is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address. Available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or unclaimed shipment may be deducted from any refund.

Damage or missing contents

Inspect the shipment promptly. Report visible shipping damage, missing contents or an incorrect item to sales@svkaero.com within seven days after delivery and retain the packaging and photographs for carrier review.
